It's About Time - Conjurer of Dream DT project

 Today I get to share my latest Design Team projects for Conjurer of Dreams.  Our theme is It's about Time and I took time to every level I could.  First up is the time in  life of Buddy Buds our pup.  I love how this 121x12 layout turned out. My next creation celebrates time forsaken or time gone by. I love the western feel to this collage.

Up next is a page for my art journal.  I love how the wood background just makes the time pieces pop!!

Of course cards are always a must - a little fussy cutting, scraps and a great sentiment - viola cards for any occassion.

 Today I am sharing my April Design Team projects for Gecko Galz.  Etheral Spring definitely took me too a cheery place full of colour, whimsy, butterflies and colour.

First up is my wall art - I used chalk paint for the first time as I upcycled cardboard for the base.  Then I resized this gorgeous bunny princess from the Bunny Tails collage set, add tags and elments from Viva La Spring  and Nature Notebook junk journals and then finished with some elements from my stash.

 

Of course the resizing wasn't done as I also resized more of the bunny tails images to make card backgrounds and then resized and image from the Colours of the Wind Tin Toppers to make my first of two albums. I also used elements from the Floral Princesses collage sheet.

I did say two albums.  For the second one I used the floral smyphony papers to create this butterfly album.  I also added elements from the Viva La Spring  and Nature Notebook junk journals.

Down the Rabbit Hole

 Today I am sharing my Design Team projects Conjurer of Dreams. Our March theme is Down the Rabbit Hole Theme and I had a lot of fun playing on the theme.

Sometimes you can go down the rabbit hole with a good book, or chasing Alice or simply having tea with that crazy rabbit.

First I created a journal using the Magical Library images as the cover and the Rainbow Planks on the inside.

Next I created collages using the March Hare with big cup, Magic Mushrooms, Mad, Mad World and Alice Magic.

Of course I had to make a few cards - including an egg-shaped one for Easter. Thanks for looking.

Magical Mushroom fun at Gecko Galz

Today is my day over at Gecko Galz to share my March Design Team projects. Magic Mushrooms is such a fun theme and I had fun showing the magical side of things.

To start I created a magical lighted Fairy box - I love how this shines - makes us all believe in the magic inside of us.

Then it was time to give my project idea book a facelift.

For my cards, I have a sense that we are all magical, mystical creatures.

For this card, I used my free image from the blog for Februrary - this image is so beautiful, powerful and inspiring I simply had to use it.

And then I finished with a fun collage for my art journal.

Gothic Romance at Conjurer of Dreams

 Today is my day over on the Conjurer of Dreams Inspiration at page https://www.facebook.com/groups/690288322484648.  One of the amazing things about being on a Design Team is being pushed outside your creative comfort zone.  Gothic is definitely that for me.

Altered Jewelery Challenge

For this challenge I refurished an old necklace and belt into two new western pices.  I used the Dream Catcher ATC set and circle punches.  This was such a cool project as I was able to change old pieces into new wearable art!!!  Thanks for checking this out.  Remember to create like crazy and cut with wild abandon.

Flights of Fancy

 Today I am up on the Gecko Galz blog https://geckogalzscrapbooking.blogspot.com, with my creations for February's Flights of Fancy.  This was a fun theme that again took me outside of my creative box.  

First up is my altered canvas - a first for me.  I painted, stenciled and decorated and I am hooked!!!

Next is this beautiful steamgirl just waiting to take flight to see where the day may lead.

A girl can never have enough cards and these steamgirls are so beautiful I just had to.

My mini album started as a Mintay's chippie bird cage album - lots of room for pictures.
